Yes, apparently you can make money with adsense (I make a bit) ... but don't hold your breath and expect that your adsense revenues will take you off the 9 - 5 treadmill:mad: It is but one of the revenue generating options you can implement on your sites, but you would do better with affiliates.
I have been reading about Pepperjam ... and have just submitted my application. Anyone here have any experience with Pepperjam?

G'day siilent-tears,
Adsence is a great way to loose site visitors...unless you're someone like eBay, i.e. Carry a lot of clout!
People who make a good income from Adsence create "Adsence sites"! Their aim is simply to make a good income from Adsence, nothing more but...They DO spend a lot of time working on their sites. If you want to make a dollar, you'll just have to work for it. Adsence or not!
Me? I would much rather run my own advertising, that way, I can control what ads apear on my sites. Adsence is great at stealing visitors! i.e. When a visitor clicks on any Adsence, the site is closed and the advertised site is opened in it's place. BTW, Adsence charge the advertiser depending on the keyword/s, this can be BIG dollars but Google pay you pennies for that visitor.
Much better "you" set-up ads to open in a new window...That way "your" site is still open...even if it is behing the "Advertised" site.
Whatever you chose, Good luck with it. :)

Adsense is probably the best paying PPC service. Just make sure that you don't overdo it, and make sure that your site has plenty of original content.
