Also where is my rss feed? Do I have one? Do I need one?

To answer your question about RSS feeds

Yes you need one.
Yes you have 2 but they are hard to find. They are in your footer.
what you should do is turn them on in your administrative dashboard OPTIONS tab | Reading tab. Look for Syndication Feeds and make your selectiions there.
Check your sidebar php file and see if the WP rss feed code is at the top ov the file.Hope that helps,

Hi Pizzatherapy,

I had pay a visit to your blog. Here are some of my comment to improve.

1)Maybe you can change the theme for your website. It look unattractive to me.
2)I think you should put your amazon ads at the side instead of in the middle of the content. It looks like something breaking the content.

Other than that is it quite good.
