Went to visit your blog. I recognise the basic template but you've done so much more ! Very clever. How did you get all those little tabs at the top linking to different pages ?
Only thing is that people may get a bit distracted by all the advertisements and end up clicking out of your page away from your primary business though.
Mine's full of adverts cos I haven't managed to sell a single product anyway and only make money from google ! Sad, huh.

Firstly i like the clean interface.
But theres too many advertisements on ur right navigation column. Its pretty difficult for me to distinguish between your links to other pages and the ones that are for adverts.
Also you are having too many search bars. There's one at the top bar and 2 at the right column.
Your products page is not noticeable and at first glance to your website my 1st impression is its juz a normal boring blog which is not updates regularly with lots of advertisements selling affiliated products. U'll probably wanna put up a randomise script which shows the items that ur selling in ur products page. I'd rather concentrate on the stuff that ur selling in ur products page then gettin an income from affiliate sites.
Y hope in earning a few percentage from a product which u are not really certain that people who viewed ur website will actually buy it from u. Coz i am such user if i know thats an affiliate link i'd just enter the URL minus the person's referal ID.
In your products page, dont list your categories in a listed way. Change it like this...
Motivation Books | Christian Books | Investment Books | Chinese Books
Makes reading easier and reduce the worrying that the user will get pissed off from scrolling the page down too much as the first few lines are the same.
Also put borders at the tables to specific areas of the website that u really want users to focus on for example, your newsletter form. Something that is odd can really focus the attention to users of ur site.
Ok... i think i better stop for now. Before things get out of hand and u'll get offended by the comments that i'm giving. :)
Now back to my studies and programming.... Good luck

Chong, your blog content looks fine.. but you need to do two changes... number 1 is make sure your Adsense is blend to the same color on the right with no border it will convert better and include a auto responser for your blog =)
